The matching people in the black river streams due to waste in the Cipamokolan River, Bandung, West Java, Friday (12/7/2019). The condition of the Cipamokolan River flows in the Citarum River is partially covered by foam, black colored and exposing odors that are estimated due to industrial waste so that the people’s activities around the river.
