CLEAN WATER CRISIS

JAYAPURA, 6/4 - CRISIS AIR BERSIH. A mother paddles his boat filled with a team to seek clean water that will be used to cook and drink in Kampung Tobati, Jayapura City, Papua, Tuesday (6/4). The Tobati community who dreamed of a island on the suburbs of Jayapura since 2009 and has difficulty getting clean water because the water pipe from PDAM is disconnected and there is no improvement. To get the clean water they must paddle the boat to the ground and buy to PDAM at the price of Rp. 20.000 for 15 teams or jerigen and rely on rainwater. ANTARA/Anang Budiono/Koz/hp/10.
