MONITOR EARTHQUAKE DEVELOPMENT

BMKG’s officers monitor the development of the magnitudo 7,2-strength tektonic earthquake that shakes the region of South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, in the office of the I-Carang Long Geophysics Station, Ambon, Maluku, Sunday (14/7/2019). The tektonik earthquake occurs at 18.10.51 WIT. The BMKG analysis results show the earthquake episenter located on the ground at 63 km east direction of Labuha City, South Halmahera District, North Maluku Province at a depth of 10 km.
