CHILI PRICES ROSE DRASTICALLY

A trader serves red pepper buyers in the morning market, Tegal, Central Java, Tuesday (16/7/2019). According to the trader, on the last week the price of various types of chili experienced up to 50 percent such as red chili pepper rose from Rp30 thousand to Rp70 thousand per kilogram, green pepper and large red chili from Rp30 thousand to Rp60 thousand per kilogram and large green chili from Rp12 thousand to Rp30 thousand per kilogram due to the minimnya supply of farmers.
