People observe phenomena of ice dew lining (freeze) that blankets tea leaves in Tea Garden, Paperari, Bandung Regency, West Java, Thursday (18/7/2019). The phenomenon of the ice deun has happened since a few times ago in a number of areas in Paperari due to temperature conditions that reach 8 to 3 degrees Celsius during the dry season.
