CIANJUR, 30/7 - PANEN RAYA. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono accompanied a number of ministers to harvest the rice system of Rice Intensification (SRI) organic Medco Foundation in Cianjur, West Java, Monday (30/7). The harvest on 7.5 hectares of land is the starting point of Medco Foundation’s support in the development of organic SRI rice as an alternative to realizing national food swasembada and the improvement of farmers’ wellbeing.
