RIVER PEKALONGAN POLLUTED WASTE BATIK
The Environmental Officer (DLH) cleans the garbage around the Loji River that is black-colored due to the pollution of batik waste in Pekalongan, Central Java, Tuesday (23/7/2019). According to the officer of the Ministry of Environment (DLH) Kota Pekalongan, about 80 percent of the rivers in the city are polluted by waste batik both home batik production and large-scale industries, which resulted in water odorless rivers and environmental pollution.
