RITUAL NYERAH NGAMONTA

The Head of Deah Dayak tribe, Ali Ancin (center) led the ritual of Nyerah Ngemonta (lighten the harvest) which is a series of Mesiwah Pare Gumboh event in Liyu Village, Balangan District, South Kalimantan, Friday (26/7/2019). The indigenous people of Dayak Deah made an annual tradition of the 'Mesiwah Pare Gumboh' which means a panen measure together to preserve the local culture as well as a promotional event of various Deah Dayak arts.
