PREPARATION OF LAND FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT

The EY-225 Helicopter Operator belongs to the National Agency of Disaster Management (BNPB) and members of the forest fire and land (karhutla) conduct preparation before departing for land fire fighting, from Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport, Saturday (3/8/2019). BNPB exerts two helicopters to help extinguish forest fires and lands (karhutla) in the area on Saturday (3/8) based on Terra & Aqua satellite pantauan monitored as many as 41 heat points scattered in a number of regions, including peatland.
