The Chairman of the Department of Law and Human Rights of the Golkar Muladi provided a description to the journalists on the policy of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia who stopped the exemplary exemption and remission for the terpidana corruption at the DPP Office of the Golkar Party, Jakarta, Friday (11/11). The Golkar party is planning to file a civil lawsuit to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights due to the indicating of the alleged violation of the human rights where the remission and execution is set in the Act.
