UNGKAP KASUS TINDAK PIDANA INFORMATION AND ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION

The police shows the suspects and evidence items when jumping the press release case of criminal information and electronic transactions in Polda D.I Yogyakarta, Wednesday (29/3/2023). The D.I Yogyakarta polda team managed to secure 6 suspects of two WNA originated in Taiwan ZQB and YSX that allegedly made fraud using telephone channels and Whatsapp applications. The result of a suspected deed was accompanied by article 45Aayat (1) Jo Article 28 paragraph (1) Law No.19 Year 2016 with a threat of the penalty of the maximum of 6 years.
