ESDM tukin corruption demands

The case of the alleged corruption of the Ministry of ESDM who is also the former Head of the Treasury Substance and the Signature Officer of the Pay Command Letter (SPM) Priyo Andi Gularso followed the hearing of the demands in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (29/2/2024). The General Opportunity (JPU) demanded ten people charged by PNS in the Ministry of ESDM with the demands between two to six years of prison, the fineness of Rp300 million, as well as paid the replace money between Rp355 million to Rp12,4 billion depending on the role and amount of money that is fertilized in the case.
