The Regent of North Halmahera Hein Namotemo (izquierda) hit Talu (local regional concern) witnessed the Director of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of Feranto Hadi Setyawan when opening officially a day seminar on the empowerment of the Society and the Tata of Halmahera, in Tobelo, Tuesday (8/8).
