Reflection of the video when the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati gave his description and arguments in front of the Tests of the Law No.16/2008 on the Budget of State Revenue and Shopping (APBN) submitted by the Managing of the Master of the Republic of Indonesia (PGRI) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (15/7). PGRI declaró un presupuesto educativo que sólo alcanza aproximadamente el 15,6% de APBN todavía está bajo la disposición constitucional del 20 por ciento de APBN por lo que es contrario a los párrafos 4 del artículo 31 Constitución 1945.
