The three terpidana cases of khalwat (zina) were guided by police, Satpol PP and Islamic Syariat Police (wilayathul hisbah) before the execution of whips in Baitusshalihin Mosque, Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh, Aceh, Friday (18/9). The Islamic Court of Banda Aceh set a whip sentence between two to seven times in general to 18 violations of Qanun (The Regional Arrangement) about the cluster and the qanun about combing (judi).
