Net Zero Waste Management Consortium in its report titled 6 City Waste Potret published November 2023 mentions, the largest plastic waste found in six major cities in Indonesia namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Medan, Samarinda, and Makassar in order to be used plastic cups of drinking water packaging, credible bags, instantané noodles packaging, and drinking bottle packaging.
