Bakrieland a fait la construction de Sentra Timur Commercial Park ainsi qu'un appartement intermédiaire Sentra Timur Residence Phase II composé de 885 appartements et 71 unités commerciales pour faire de Sentra Timur Residence une zone intégrée dans l'est de Jakarta.
