Membres de la RPD qui ont été membres de la RPD de Pansus RUU Ormas, Indra est devenu témoin dans la jonction de la loi numéro 17 de 2013 sur l'Organisation de Kemasyarakatan (Ormas) à la Cour constitutionnelle, Jakarta, mardi (28/1). The applicant originated from a number of decorations including PP Muhammadiyah, Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) and Yayasan Indonesia Legal Aid Institute (YLBHI) claimed a number of articles in the Law that was assessed to violate the freedom of association and not in accordance with the 1945 Constitution.
