BUDGET DE L ' ÉDUCATION

JAKARTA, 15/7 - RESPONSIBILITY. The Chairman of the PB Association of the Republic of Indonesia (PGRI), Sulistiyo (left) accompanied by the legal power of PGRI, Andi M. Asrun (center) and Chairman of PB PGRI, Abdul Aziz Hoesein as the applicant provided the description of the Test of the Law No.16/2008 concerning the State Budget (APBN) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (15/7). Le PGRI a déclaré un budget éducatif qui n ' atteint que 15,6 % de l ' APBN est toujours en vertu de la disposition constitutionnelle de 20 % de l ' APBN, ce qui est contraire aux paragraphes 4 de l ' article 31 de la Constitution de 1945.
