VONIS PATRIALIS AKBAR

L ' affaire d ' un recours judiciaire en première instance devant la Cour constitutionnelle (MK) Patrialis Akbar fait l ' objet d ' un programme d ' audition avec le vonis Hakim au tribunal de Tipikor, à Jakarta centrale, lundi (4/9). The Judge Assembly drops the vonis to Patrialis Akbar eight years of prison rate, the penalty of 300 million rupiah subsider three months of prison rate and additional penalty is required to pay the replacement money of 10,000 US dollars and Rp4.043,000, or equal to the amount of bribes he received.
