The process of medical infections is using a technology incinerator machine “Stepped Heart Controlled Air” with two process of 11,000-1.200 degree Celsius combustion equipped air pollution control tools to neutralize exhaust gas emissions such as particles, gas acids, toxic metals, organic compounds, CO, dioxin and furan so that the exhaust gas is released can meet international emission standards parameters. Meanwhile the combustion capacity reaches 24 tons per day with medical waste originated in West Java and a number of provinces in Indonesia.

Medical waste that has been burned with the incinerator machine will impose residual or toxic ash that amounts little and then shipped to Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java to be planted in sanitary landfill Industrial Waste Management Center B3 (PPLI-B3).
