For the Toraja community, this solo rambu is a form of a refinement of death and the custom event has been done since the time of their ancestors who still adhere to the ancient beliefs of the toraja 'aluk to dolo' then colonialists enter the Christian teaching until now.
This solo rambu is a custom ritual that is very important for the toraja community because for their death is a travel process to the archipelago "puya".
