They are an insan that emerges from the community of nature lovers, humanitarian organizations to the taruna corals that have a sincere intention without being pampered and high spirit in helping disaster victims from Sabang to Merauke.

Training provided for example regarding the use of paddle boats, the use of engine boats (LCR) to evacuation techniques as well as the first aid in the victims of sinking in the aquatic area especially flood disasters and practice sessions in Jatilihur reservoirs.
