Music is universal. Almost every tribe in Indonesia has and developed the traditional music of each region. Maintaining cultural heritage values is not an easy thing, introducing it to all walks of society to all over the world to become another problem.
Appointed from that thought, Stave Tuwaidan a youth with the educational background of Civil Engineering and swiding activities, developing ideas to create traditional music tools in Lembean Village, Airmadidi, North Minahasa, North Sulawesi. As a large growing child in the Kolintang musician environment, he feels having the obligation to inherit his ancestor tradition.
Together with his two colleagues, Johnson Wengkang and Romi Rombon, Stave began to make Kolintang music tools since 2010. Various types of wood materials are tried, a variety of designs, sizes, even to innovate makes the electrical latitude has been done. The hard work has finally managed to meet the standardization of shapes, sizes, tone ranges and ornaments agreed when the meeting ÔLokakarya CisaruaÕ which was attended by the representatives of the Kolintang musicians in the past year 2011.

To encourage Kolintang, Stave established Sanggar Fantastic Primavista in 2012 and actively taught students both in their own sanggar or in schools. In addition, he also teaches the group of Kolintang music in offices and TNI. He also often gained Kolintang orders from domestic and overseas customers. In cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI), Kolitang Minahasa production has been exported to a number of countries such as Russia, Serbia, Australia and Japan.
Stave’s Engagement actively trains the IWABA’s cross-border (The Banking Women’s Ranking) brings him on the Indonesia-made National Movement (BBI Office). The production crosses the strict stages of the curation for the category of music tools and get the Premium product recommendation.
Through the BBI Gernas activities, the Indonesian State Bank (BNI) is actively involved facilitating its UMKM participants through the digitalization seminar to expand marketing.
