National Sports Competition (PON) XX Papua will be officially opened. The four years of the original plan will be held in 2020 it was delayed until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemi. It affects the preparation of athletes a number of provinces including East Java athletes.
But, the pandemi does not make the athlete of Jatim give up so. They are arguing with self-healing exercises at home or following the training sessions at hotels to maintain stamina and fitness. They remain the spirit of spite of its facilities and equipment, in the hope of showing good performance and reaching gold in Papua.
One of the athletes of East Java wheel, Yossy Aditya Nugraha keeps doing home workouts to stay fit and fit. Even a number of athletes of bicycles conducting training in hotels to avoid the spread of COVID-19. While some athletes also make preparations in the Regional Training (Puslatda).

In PON XX Papua, East Java province sends the best 543 sons to follow 34 of 37 cooled sports branches along with 161 trainers and mechanical teams that amount 78 people. KONI Jatim crosses 136 gold and targets the general champion on this PON. Some sports branches that become the superiority of the team to repeat the gold medals are arrows, weight lifts, weightlifters, athletics, acoustics and wheel shoes.
