Limitation does not block a person to do something against the surrounding environment, it is evidenced by Ridwan (42), Serang villagers, Karangreja District, Purbalingga District, Central Java located in the southern slope of Gunung Slamet made a dizziness library by using a horse named Pustaka Horse.
Pustaka horses are a white horse called Luna, which has been treated by Ridwan since childhood and since January 2015, Ridwan began a freemya library with a distributing diary in the Quran Education Park (TPQ) and schools in the village to borrow books for free to children in the school.
The early idea of making a dizziness library with the libraries horse, originating from his friends fellow horse lovers, who want to be the joy of their horses is not only enjoyed alone but also can be enjoyed and beneficial for others.

"My friend Nirwan Asuka then gives the idea of a dizzi library and also donates the book. Finally I made a Luna libraries horse with equipment and books as important as the road," he was light.
To live his family, the everyday Ridwan worked to take care of the horses belonging to his own horse cage and every weekend he also rented Luna as a tourist horse in the village of Serang to add income. While every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Ridwan along Luna was around the village to borrow a book.
According to Ridwan’s children’s interest to read actually is quite high but they are charged to purchase books and distances, because the village layout is quite far from the city then the free library is their flagship. Originally he did not deny that would be a lot borrowing a book even though free but it turns out that many likes and routines borrow. Ridwan voiced Luna factors also become one of its appeal.

According to the recognition of Ridwan, initially Luna is not too friendly, but after the slow treatment of the laun becomes a benign, it does not kick and bite. Finally when he was met with small children turned out to be safe and they like to play with him.
Currently Ridwan only relies on the help of books from donors and hopes that a time can have their own horses to get around. He also admitted to how to manage a good book and save, when later the collection of his book is increasing.
