Despite the two-year peace of mind, Singapore Airshow is still enough to attract the attention of business players and lovers of aerospace. It does not escape the condition of the world economy that has not been completely recovered. According to the committee, this exhibition was only attended by 85 percent of the past two years, but still became the largest in Asia and one of the three largest seizures in the world. More than 800 companies from 40 countries participate in the exhibition that lasts from 2-7 February.
The leading manufacturer is still enthusiastic to show its superior products, Korea Aerospace Industries for example displaying his T/A-50 train jets, Bombardier from Canada featured with executive jets, the famous 60XR learjet, Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk, Embraer from Brazil showcases a 600 Legacy business jet and Phenom 300, Switzerland featured with lightweight baling aircraft of Pilatus series, France showed teeth with Falcon series. While the Boeing giant carries F-15E combat jets, the CH-47 Chinook transport helicopter, and the Apache AH-64D combat helicopter, 737-800 and a number of other advanced aerospace products.
Indonesia "mejeng" with its latest aircraft Boeing 737-800 next Generation [ND] which will complement the fleet of Garuda that will amount to 50 pieces in the series. The aircraft has been equipped with the latest interior, including LCD televisions in each seat, with "audio & video on demand" (AVOD) intertainment system that offers 25 features films and 25 audio tracks.
One of the impressions of the exhibition that sucks attention is the attraction of flying by several participants, AU Australia for example a gear point with his F-111 jet aircraft capable of making ' the wall of fire' a fire wall that struck out of his buntut alias manuver "dump and Burn" This appearance is the last pamit event before retirement by RAAF this year.
No less interesting is a bareng flying attraction between the AH-64 Apache helicopter with the AU Singapore F-16C fight jet. Fly with the formation "Fly-By", F-16 jets should be able to fly slow so that it can be parallel and in line with Apache rates, plus the lincah maneuver of Apache is worth a combat aircraft. While Korea appeared with T-50 train jets with a robatic maneuver of a few minutes and decorated the exhibition sky with white smoke lines that mark their maneuver shape, can be imagined how beautiful if this attraction is done by a team.
Singapore Airshow 2010 has been an annual two-year event that attracts the intermediary business players and air defenses, and the committee claims this exhibition to be the largest in Asia. This aerospace exhibition is still crowded by visitors, both businessmen, military and tourist circles or even those who just want to take pictures of makeup in front of the sophisticated peers.
