The government has prioritized the development of 10 tourist destinations to support the target of 20 million tourists in 2019. One of the 10 tourist destinations is a Thousand Islands which is the administrative district of DKI Jakarta located next to the north of Jakarta with its administrative and government center in Pramuka Island.
Thousand Islands have a number of islands that become the purpose of sightseeing and have been set as National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN). Some islands are tourist destinations in Seribu Islands include Premuka Island, Water Island, Semak Island, Pari Island and Java Lucky Island.
With the location that can be reached only 1-3 hours of travel from the capital city of Jakarta tourists of the Thousand Islands certainly become the added value to attract tourists visiting.
