Justru’s passion is spur to access the Festival Fulan Fehan 2018 by displaying Likurai dance and Antama dance (hunting dance) which is a public culture in the border area. The Festival of Fulan Fehan 2018 is a festival initiated by Kemendikbud through Indonesiana Platform with the purpose of maintaining Indonesian culture so that it is not lost in time. The festival is a place to break all tribes and communities in the district to celebrate good friendship. There is a special one of the festivals of this year, namely the preservatives of Antama dance, a dance that separates about animal hunting that has become a culture of society at Rai Belu. Antama dance is a tradition of descending the findings that people have done in the region. Usually dozens of tribes gather and do rituals before doing Antama or hunting, but this tradition slowly began to be lost since 1990s, especially due to the land where hunt began to shrink and decrease. This dance is combined with Likurai dance that has become a legend for this time. Not less than 1,500 dancers festive this annual festival originated from Belu Regency precisely in Lamaknaen District. The big theme of the festival is a celebration of friendship, and it is indicated by the presence of the great ambasadors of Timor Leste, a number of buds and a number of guests of invitations from various regions in Indonesia. According to Bupati Belu Willy Lay, through the Festival Fulan Fehan himself wants to knit good friendship between people around the people of Timor Leste. ?We want to knit Indonesia from the border while making this border so the most secure in the world," he said.
